Rules of the G8 game of February the 26th
Discovery Race - The last player to reach Colonial age is awarded 12 points. KO'd players are out of this race.
We need the Natives - Players can only use 1 of the following: Barracks, Stables or Artillery Foundry. Saloon/Monastery is allowed. China is banned unless they do not use the War Academy
Map: Great Plains
Point System
Winning = 7 Points
Runner-up = 5 Points
Third Place = 3 Points
Fourth Place = 1 Point
Unique Civ = 1 Point
Knocking Someone Out (may be split between two) = 4 Points
Being 2X Teamed (requires enough damage done) = 4 Points
Knocking a TC sub-10Mins = 8 Points
Knocking a TC sub-15 Mins = 4 Points
Revolting = 2 PointsKO’ing,, or Joint KO’ing Someone After Revolting = 6 Points
First to 1000 Points = 2 Points
First to Industrial = 1 Point
First to Trigger a Trade Monopoly = 2 Points
Winning Using a TM (requires at least 5 players to be in play) = 15 Points
Stopping a TM (May be Split) = 2 Points
Wall Spamming = - 6 Points The point system stops after 2h of game play, and points for the first places are atributed based on score.

Can we build a rax, destroy it and then later in the game build a stable? Must all of one type of unit be destroyed before we do this?

Jerom you can use forts but you cannot use the units you do not have the building for. And yes you can merc spam.

Follow-up. If I build a stables - can I then ship muskets or x-bows? Need to make sure my deck is proper.

this will get boring tho, since anyone who turtles up correctly gets really hard to beat. Imagine a russia player spamming forts and blockhouses with instant musks?
No artillery, no cav to raid vills will make me very sad panda.
