Patch 1.2.0 on Private Test Realm
if you have played any other blizzard games, you might know that some of them have PTRs. those are exclusive servers where a selected amount of people (or sometimeseverybody who wants to) can participate and test the upcoming patch for bugs etc.
those informations are written into the PTR forum where they moderate quite heavily.
you can switch between the PTR and the normal game anytime you wish.
the PTR is only open for the US people this time.
did anybody from our clan got invited yet?

some interesting features
• Battle.net Chat Channels have been added:
• Customizable Hotkey Support has been added.
• Autocast repair will now charge the player requesting autocast functionality.
• Stalemate Detection has been added:
-- The game will end in a tie for all remaining players if no players have income, production, or destroyed any structures for three consecutive minutes

Looks good. Mutas will be back in ZvZ now since you can't fungal them anymore.

I think there are new maps in the PTR.... Would be interesting if these are considered to be added in the ladders.

I've got a bad feeling about the fungal change cause might be so that infestors cant stop cloacked banshees anymore. In ZvZ the change is very good ofc cause atm if u get like 3 infestors and mass roaches the other player cant go anything but roach maybe hydra.
Buff carriers pls, give them more shields or armor also cattlebruisers should be buffed a bit

you still say "cattlebruiser" after i told you the correct name? :-P
i like it that they wanna weaken Fungal Growth but i think they should have done it differently, removing air effect changes nothings for all the poor ground armies

THe hotkey change also bothers me. So that u can hold down a hotkey to morph several larvae to units.

i think it's a good change you can't just press ad hold it down anymore for a constant stream of units^^

BC's and Carriers haven't shown up in a single GSL game yet. I wonder if they need a buff then? Or if it's more just a multiplayer unit?

I wasnt so serious about carriers and battlecruisers but would be cool if they would be used a bit more.
