Re: The OFFICIAL Brag Thread
heres my brag. Its about the never ending 2nd lieut stage. im talking about winning again and again until you're exactly at 21.2, and then losing in a row 5 times. Ive done this for the third time today, very aggravating. any1 else feel trapped in the 2nd lieut hole?
I managed to get out of it after 6 or so months but am now back there. I only played 3v3 randoms and got alot of bad partners. Now im going back to 1v1 and am having some trouble but getting there.

Re: The OFFICIAL Brag Thread
Personally i think supremacy is harder tough. Well you got more to learn. a whole bunch of strats, the aproach of a game while dm is sort of hack en slash.
The reason why most vanilla dm players don't seriously try tad supremacy is that most of the dmers are actually lazy ******* .

Re: The OFFICIAL Brag Thread
they do it because it is too unbalanced with the complete difference between the native euro and asian civs ;-)
DM bears only euro civs
DM takes alot of skill but since there is no big community on it there are mostly noobs playing it apart from a dozen of real DMers like your crowd wicked :-)

Playing lots of 1v1 is the best way to get better IMO. Team games are deecent, but the problem is you can often just get away with choosing a good combo and not needing the best micro, etc.

I beat Alanriah and ace_ninja. Beat alan after not having beaten him in a year or 2. And beat ace_ninja after playing some very close unrated games.
both unrated though.

Nice job by all of you. But Drew, beating Kiljardi? Dang. You just keep getting better and better. I see you beat Oedy 3 times in a row. I know he's rusty, but still, must have felt pretty good beating an old expert.
