can they actually start to take out inf too?
Re: Favorite unit and why?
I was not trying to say that falcs decide every game or that they are the key to most games. I was just saying that of all the games that swing on a single unit, it's falcs more often than any other.

Re: Favorite unit and why?
This is turning into an interesting thread. Are there "game changing" cards and "game changing" units? I agree that falcs "change games" more quickly than most. What are some others? In the old days, the Russian Surovov card could really change a game in an instant: You've gone cav to beat strels, then suddenly you face 70 muskets... that is a game changer right there.

Yeah the old suvorov is arguably the best example of a game-changing card. Even if he didn't mass cav it's still increasing the value of your army by a lót.
Speaking about units, we have to look for special or expensive units. I think the petard can be game changing. I remember playing a 1v1 on Texas, we both FFed, but before I knew it he had petarded my TC. Not fun

Good observation about Spahi. I saw an Age Sanc 3v3 last night in which massive Spahi cards--including the team Spahi card in Age 4--totally pwned everything the other side could muster at around 12:00. It was just pathetic... gonna have to learn that one!
