Having brain ache at the moment! What are the slightly OP civs again?

Japs (for sure) ... no longer Chinese

India are good I think.

Brits are good.

I hear Germany are good now ... no longer Dutch

I heard someone say Aztec were good too but I'm not too sure about that one.

That's about it atm Sluggs. Anyone think differently?

Cookie cutter 15 tomas + warchief by their base doesn't work. I posted a lot of iro recs out there.
