Watching Recorded Games

I was trying to watch a game the other night, and discovered I have no savedgames folder O.O

ANybody run into this problem?

Make sure you are looking in the right place.

The folder path should be something like this:

C:\Documents and Settings\your name here\My Documents\My Games\Age of Empires 3\Savegame

It's easy enough to access it through your start menu. If you go there and discover that you don't have one, just create one.

every time i dl a recorded game i save it to the savegame drive but when i open in aoe3 asian it says invalid file.. :(

what am i doing wrong

Where are you downloading from, are you changing file names, and whats the file extension when you are saving it?

dl from the recorded games forum on this website. No change to file names and file extention is .age3yrec

If you browse to your save game folder, are the games listed there and do they still have the correct extension?

yes. and we are able to view them from within aoe.
