I think the card is fine in a 25-card deck, it's the Age 2 slot that gets me. Sometimes it's OK for brits to lose houses, as long as you have wood you can bounce back villies by re-building those houses. There's probably something to a couple of those houses at your FB. Never tried this, maybe I will. Maybe combined with the fast house build, but now it's two cards...

As brit I never mind losing a house or too wood is never usually a problem as my eco is [ usually ] good -
I have never used the fast house build card I wouldnt want to waste an early played card on that to gain a few secs ..and quite often in team games some1 else plays it anyway lol -
