Using Port dual xbow/pike vs India 10/10

Post by Immortal_Warrior »

been playing this MU heeps now, its been working, in lots of 1v1 unrated's, its been working on captains and 1st lt's... is this viable to use in general vs india? i know it works better with france but i been finding i can do it with ports... is this viable vs higher level players? or is it just working because people don't expect that from ports?

Ports have a strong Xbow/Pike mass if you ship crates. Just create a deck which makes your opponent think, you might do a FF.

I think the port double rax musk spam fueled by crates beats 10/10

well I find normally when their 10/10 fails, they go gurkah, and by that time, either with france or ports, i have a mass of xbow/pike too strong for 5-10 gurkah to handle...

If you scout dual rax (which is really easy), you just start gurka and ship 4 sowar. It would be really hard to deal with.

even though i don't play this game anymore i will throw in my knowledge, which should be unaffected after that short period of time absent :-P

on RE patch there is no **** way, india will beat any kind of dual xbow crap sorry^^

on FP no chance for india, any tipe of dual rax owns them ;-)

did this answer your question ? and yes i'm serious, it sounds crazy but it's the way it is

100% correct, the only time i ever lost 2 one with ports ages ago was when the india player did 10/10 semi ff, and managed 2 get howdahs in the action but i generally find that most charge straight in with no regard of what u have and try use the brute strength of the sepoy, pathetic imo but its the reality on RE :S

Let me do the same: That is just not true. You just need to survive some time. If he just does 10/10 then you're better of with dual rax, but a small mistake can cost you the game. And i don't know about you, but i tended to do alot of small mistakes.

well i'm just saying how it is ;-)
a well done 10/10 with a great transition into mnormal good gameplay sorry but you won't beat that with frecnh or ports on RE. india is insane in colonial with their counter system. xbow/pike is crap in longer games

Still you have a chance. I bet several 10/10 on REs. Had more trouble vs straight Gurkha/Sowar play with a strong Eco as backup. (I lost to good 10/10 as well , of course)

ooh so that's where you are coming from!!!
i thought you meant india in general(that was what i meant)
yes gurkha+sowar and some shipped sepoys own any kidn of dual rax.
i dunno why i said 10/10 only, but ye i was just saying india owns anything you throw at them via dualrax ;-)

i find every lamer i've ever played vs in qs does 10/10, but if any of them had a brain to do a gurkah/sower then that would be more difficult... i guess that comes down to scouting and skill...
