Natives ftw with french

This is an improvement of my native post in this section ;).

So i'll try to do a Short guide to natives

General things about Natives
-natives have a lot of advantages especially with french cause of thoses cards. Dont forget natives upgrades for thoses units and for your economy. they have good upgrades.

1st thing u need a deck to do natives rush with very useful card with french

-Must have cards

-Amerindian treaty
-Card to up coureur skirmishers and indian warrior
-Indian warriors(natives are cheaper and have more hp)
-Two cards to up Natives attack
-I use to add 20 hurons mantlets (optionnal)
-700 wood
-700 gold
-8cross
-700 food (optionnal)
-4coureurs

-natives units dont take populations so you can save wood for units instead of house. dont forget that !

-Strat with natives depend of map so when you use them you have to adapt your strat with the civ of your opponent and the map.


Good mix for natives rush

-Cherokee Pike rush:

Map: Carolina, Bayou

Cherokee Rifleman
Cherokee skirmisher that is accurate at long range.
limit of building: 13 for 1 TP

Cost: 60 Food 60 Wood

-To my mind they are the best natives we can have cause they have pikemen and an kind of archer.

Apache struggle

Apache cavalery:

Ranged cavalry. Good against cavalry.

Apache cost food and gold instead of wood and food so gather some gold if u want to use them

Commanche

Comanche Horse Archer
Comanche ranged cavalry. Good against cavalry.

commanche can be used as an apache cavalry, but commanche cost wood/food instead of gold/food, that is more interresting than apache. but apache to my mind can be very useful

Hurons are very useful too cause of siege dammage and upgrade for eco =)

Asian Natives

They are also good natives with The asian map but -I dont have stat yet so i'll be able to answer u soon

-Soufis-Jesuits rush

Map=Indochina, bornéo

War elephant:

-heavy cavalry
-limit: 6 for 1 TP(trading post)
-cost 200 food 80 wood


Conquistador

-cost 80 food/70 wood
-light cavalry good against melee cavalery
-limit:8 for 1 TP

You can mix your soufis war elephant with cross and Rattan Shield

-Soufis/rattan shield/cross rush

Map:Mongolia, Silk Road
Rattan shield
-cost 50 food 60 wood
-a fast handed swordman good against acher skirmisher and artillery
-limit 15 for 1 TP

Crossbowman
Archaic archer. Good against infantry.

First available:
Cost: 40 Food 40 Wood
Hitpoints:100
Speed:4
Resists:
20% vs Ranged

x1.5 vs AbstractLightCavalry

-Tigercaws/Crossbowman or Tigerclaws/udasi/crossbowman rush

Tigerclaws:
-cost:60 food 50 wood
-a fast handed swordman good against acher skirmisher and artillery
-limit 15 for 1 TP

Chakram:
-cost: 100 food 50 wood
-a light infantry with area damage
-limit 15 for 1 TP

Tips to use natives
-natives rush is very fast and very surprising, so if you are using natives you have to be fast and very agressive.

-be careful with your mix, when u have some cherokees for instance, dont forget to build some pikemen

Tips for build order

I use this BO when i use natives:

-age up with 13 coureur
-send card amerdindian treaty or 700 wood it depends on cost of natives and strat
-then i use to send 4 coureur
- then 8 xbows

But this can change because there are a lot of strat with natives
