early on u lost 3 ashi's for no reason and had TC and rax idle.
u had 500 wood but didnt build a 2nd rax or consulate.

against agressive civs, be careful where u put ur shrines, in the middle of the map is usually not a good idea
overall play more defensively, dont move in with 10 guys only to see em being pwned by aenas

yes, look at japan like Brits, but with better units and easier eco

To beat fast rushes, from native civs or russia, send 300 export as first card, when it arrives ally with jap isolation make as many konsha as possibly, send 5 ashigaru twice afterwards, make a stable somewhere inbtween there and train at least 4 nagis, make sure ur macro is good for this I'd say 7 vills on coin shrines on food rest on food.

Vs iro don't make a stable make a barracks, train ashi but send yumi instead, from there just micro you should win with your eco eventually from togi shrine.

Native civs are Sioux and Aztec only? Against Iro, should I get konsha too? Is Konsha a must? Which civs do not need to get 300 export?

Against fast rushes, how many villagers to go age?

Vs otto No 300 export, I guess vs iro don't use it either cuz tomos will just make it useless(maybe later game when they get aennas)

I age with 14 vills as my first shipment is 300 wood, although if you're on water send 3 fishing boats and put several on wood then get 400 wood(possibly 525 for another shrine) send 300 export after, make a consulate and a stable, make nagi, if he comes with you even with musketeers, just for some reason nagi > russian musk(I saw a rec of it looool) and the support from konsha and the 5 ashi shipment twice after will kill him most likely :/
