Ok, here goes.

1. Took you till 11 seconds to queue your first vil. Could have done so at 6 seconds. Once you have your first vil queued, move 6 to wood to start a constant flow of vils from TC. Leave one to gather all crates except gold.

2. Try to move your vils through your tc once they are done w/the hunts. Helps with pathing problems at the start.

3. You didn't start gathering from hunts until 50 seconds. Way too long. Look to start gathering from hunts once you get your first villie queued.

4. Your explorers are very good at killing the bears guarding the CDB right infront of your TC. This would have given you a distinct advantage.

5. Have your deck ready for when your first shipment arrives so you can pick it right away. Your deck needs help, but I think that's due to your HC level like we talked about on ESO.

6. Ele's are strong, but 1 will lose to four coyotes. Also, they have 5 speed. You should have scouted more of the map by 4 mins.

7. @ 3:45 you walked right over where he was building (or planning to build) his fort. If you keep your explorer over his foundation he cannot build it. You could have seriously hurt his age time and annoyed him by obstructing his building of the wonder, but alas your ele lumbered right on by anxious to find some fresh grass to eat or something.

8. Set miliatary and non-military way-points from your fort once it's built.

9. You had res to make 5 sepoy's from fort, but for some reason decided only 1 was enough. Then, when you built your next batch of sepoy's you again built one more...ugh.

10. You waited waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long to send your third shipment.

11. Nice harrassment.

12. Make certain you have constant villie production.

13. Resource allocation needs a little help. 10 food 8 wood 3 gold isn't bad, but you had sent the distributivism card, so you really had 10 on wood. That's too many. Switch a couple to gold and you can still maintain villie production and make gurhka's.

14. You had wood for market or consulate or a second rax/houses but didn't make it...

15. @ 8:00 you had 18 sep's and he had 4 camels, 3 gurhks, 2 sepoys. When you have the obvious advantage go take him out.

16. Use your ele's in battle. That's 900 HP meatshields that you really didn't use once you gathered a 30% hp bonus..???

17. You have a problem of queuing 1 sepoy and then not finishing the block when you have resources to do so. You did this at least 5 times that I counted.

18. Why didn't you take out the fort sooner? Again, use your ele's.

19. Seige houses when he's retreated...make him fight you of..

20. @ 12 minutes. What were you running from? 1 gurhka and tc fire? You had 500 food, 900 wood, and 300 gold, no consulate and many idle villies (behind your tc).

21. You have to scout better. Your ele's have 5 speed. You should have had the entire map scouted by 4 mins. As a result of not scouting, you sent a two lonely workers way across the map to the west of your TC when it was a short march to the southeast of your TC to get a closer hunt. Then you didn't protect them and they were slaughtered by some cav that were out for a joy ride.

22. Are you scared to make Gurhka's?

23. You had wood for trade post, yet didn't take advantage.

24. Ran out of gold.

25. No consulate and 800 resource...

26. You built a market but didn't take advantage of the upgrades...

27. You didn't change your HC drop point back to the TC and thus sent 300 gold to fort knox, where it sat ungathered.

I know that's a lot, but you said u wanted help :)

GG, Rambo.

also look at your recources, when you have 150 gold and 300 food better to send that 2 settler to food to make sure you can make a batch of 5 when you are aged. Also grab some tradinpost if you have the wood, most of the other things have been said by soccorman
