For Sporting & Drew

Post by Soccerman771 »

Ok, here's a 2v2 where we (ok, Rufio) owned these two guys. Equal rank, pretty short game, but fun to play.

Now, I think you can stop calling me a lazy mentee Sporting...

Ok, here's another. I'm trying to improve my India game so I'm gonna flood you with them :)

Now tbh, my 4-year old was climbing all over me for about 1/2 this game, so that contributed to some of the sloppyness, but I think my India game has improved every game.

This was one of the funnest games I've played in a long while.

2nd game:

Queue your first vills asap, those first seconds of the game are very important.

If you're gonna make camels don't age up with agra fort. Karni mata or Tower or victory are both better.

You took too long to get an army. Had they rushed you and you'd be in trouble.

A market would have been nice, a consulate even nicer early in the game.

Flail elephants are like grens. They're only good vs buildings and their effectiveness is still questionable. Vs units flail eles are even worse than grens, don't use them.

Don't stop unit production even at the middle of a battle, that's very important.

So many res piled! Please, keep them close to zero. If you have all those res spent on units you'd have a huge force.

gg

BlackAdder rocked ^^

1st game:

You could have attacked them right from the moment you had 7 sepoys and 4 sowars, they had nothing.

Gj with the sepoy/lb combo, you did your job of killing cav pretty well.

Keep vill production constant.

Brit consulate musks are a very good addition to your army make sure they're always there when possible.

GG, no major errors, lb/sepoy combo worked even better than I thought ;)

AH, that explains a lot of things from the second rec! :p Then dismiss critics regarding eco management slopiness :D

You should be able to edit the posts....

Thanks for the feedback. I'll put it to use. 2nd game Adder did rock. His raiding and falcs is what turned the tide of the game.

I've found flails to help in bringing down buildings. Especially in team games when you have 4 or more of them. Otherwise, I agree Bleh.

When I know I'm going to go camels and age w/TOV, do I still use the 10/10 strat or go with more of a normal 5 vils on wood to 13 then get food for age type strat? Which is best?

Try 10/10. ToV gives you 400w so it should be nice to get your eco up.
