Dan u mentioned 2 things which were buried deep in that small brain of mine. Stone, ie a fourth resource, makes sense 2 be required for buildings. In fact I believe that that 4th resource is missing in AoEIII and hope it comes back into play in future games of this amazing franchise.
The other thing was the 50 pop cap. Man, I can so remember having to change the reg keys in order to change that pop cap to 200 2 play my single player skirmishes.
Truly those were they days. Can any of u imagine not being able 2 que vills or military units. That forced both hands on the keyboard multiple times, ex. Ctrl-B with ur left hand and slapping the the T-key in order to make a unit from a barax. The trick is ud have like 6-10 baracks built side by side so ud use that keyboard command 6-10 times. Ud end up really pounding that poor keyboard :/
