$500 Fan Patch 1.0 Tournament

To help promote the newly released TAD Fan Patch 1.0, AgeSanctuary is proud to announce the $500 Fan Patch 1.0 Tournament. All players will be required to use the new patch, and we hope this will make for some very close and competitive games.

Due to Christmas and New Year's, we will be starting the tournament in 2009. Sign-ups are open until the 6th of January, when the tournament will begin. Many thanks to matsujun for making this tournament possible with his gracious donation.

I reckon that was also part of the plan of the tournament, to see what people are doing, how they are playing each civ, what civs/strats are being used, whats OP, UP and gives the guys a clear indication on whats needed next patch.
