today when you login (or yesterday) there is a new terms of user agreement or EULA you have to accept to play on
i just skimmed through it, seems more like a stronger enforcement of present rules (like scrutiny of your RAM for third party software, changing of the game data, etc.)
if i get any more info i'll post it here.
i find this stuff very interesting, normally agame's EULA doesn't change. eBay, PayPal change every 2-3 years normally
