Well this doesn't belong to this topic but this are the people who didn't put their birthday into their profile. U will notice that they are all 41. 01.01.70 is the usual beginning of computer time.

I watched Jan. 2nd matches yesterday. It was pretty good -- the venue is nice and commentary was beautiful.

GSL mappool change
GSL Code S progamer NSPGenius just posted a thread on PlayXP about GSL official map change.

According to NSPGenius, 4 bad maps will be pulled out from GSL official maps. Those 4 maps are Steppes of War, Delta Quadrant, Blistering Sands and unknown one. For replacement, 4 other maps will be used on GSL.

According to a reply from GSL staff, Gisado Star-Challenge is now testing new maps for next GSL season.

Gisado Star-Challenge is now using 4 new maps below. Of course, those 4 maps are just candidates. These testing maps are uploaded on EU server by smileyyy. Search 'GSL' to play on these maps. PM smileyyy if you can upload these maps on NA server.

No but the players go for macro games and not this **** semi-all-ins or cheese all the time

New maps only next season. Bigger maps will definitely help to boost the quality of GSL

Jinro vs. Ensnare was just a great Tvt on Lost Temple.

Idra is returning to the US and doesn'T participate in the upcoming GSL
[GSL March] Greg Fields not participating in GSL March
Views: 1,242| Posted Date: 2011.02.16 15:31:19

Greg Fields has announced that he will be returning to the US and will not be participating in GSL March.

Greg 'IdrA' Fields has been participating in GSL consistently.

He has performed admirably in GSL as a non Korean player.

However, due to his long stay in Korea and many foreign tournaments coming up,

EG and Greg have decided that Greg should return to the US so he can better concentrate on growing non Korean tournaments.
EG and Greg believes that the decision will help eSports and StarCraft2 grow in the US.

GOMTV respects Greg’s decision and hopes that his experience in Korea will be of a great asset to him back home.

We also wish that Greg can continue his great contribution to the foreign Starcraft scene and will look forward to seeing him again in the future GSL.

Players in Code S Group B who are scheduled to play Greg will get automatic wins.

Thank you.

Wow. I didn't see that coming -- Idra will come and win tonnes more money here IMO.
