It's not that simple. Nobody is obliged to inform them of any relatives. People who are adopted must search for the information themselves if they want to find out any of their biological history.
The percentage of adopted people who never find out about any of their biological family is extremely high, only a very small percentage manage to successfully trace their biological family.

Wow that sucks. Can you imagine how much crap he is getting from his friends! Kissing your sister is bad enough. And you know he is going to be worried about any future relationships. Umm, lets get a blood test first.

i read that too, and like if they had kids, and then found out or something, that would be harsh on everyone there, im guessing the child wouldn't be fully fit either.

Lol, I had a look at that. All I have to say about that guy is he talks a lot of rubbish.
