@Chaos
poutine = Fries with mozzarella cheese and beef gravy. I think it has another crude meaning in other parts of the world. No i have never tried dog , Is it good.

One other thing i thought of Moose steak, that stuff is the kickiest meat i have ever tasted.

thx, I really wanna try that some day, in general, I like the local/typical dishes

I tried dogmeat only once, as it's not really very common in south china (and rather expensive too). It's similar to horsemeat (very dark red color) but Korea is probably the place where it's a famous dish.
Some people refuse to eat it out of principles, but when those are cultivated animals just like cows, chickens, pigs etc...

Hehe, strelets are very chewy and sweet, but personally I like the Tex-Mex flavor of a handful of macehualtins, better :twisted:

@ Chaos: send me note when you return to belgium so I can get my dogs in before it's to late and they are on your plate.

Well they are sighthounds, so they are all skin and bones, I suggest taking some spoiled family dog, my neighbours have a sweet young labrador dog that looks like a juicy piece of meat.

Never said I didnt enjoy my food: pasta dishes, fries and steak bearneaise, or just fries with homemade tartar sauce from the local snack, a summer barbeque, a genuine couscous or tajine, my own homemade risotto, echte gentsche stoverij, chocolate cake, belgian chocolates and i could go on and on and on,lol...
