world championships is a yearly event.

World Cup and Olympics on the other is a lot bigger event in term of appreciaton from players and fans. Sadly there is some problems with the world cup 

well some of their players are still in the stanley cup

and from what Ive heard  world championships arent really appreciated in the same way as Stanley cup

I did check out "more Details",but marine pokes doesnt work vs Zergs who gets a semi-big Ling force from the beginning.

Thats why Ive started to like Hellion openings-They are mobile,takes out ling/bling and gives me map control

This is actually a really hard question,diffrent maps favor diffrent styles.

A map like Terminus RE is generaly balanced,but it favors macrobeasts.
