you know, after playing a bit more, this is not quite right. you might as well do a standard 6 pool but send one of your drones either earlier or with them as you will have extra mins neways. plus sending one earlier might give the illusion that you are scouting.

Started doing this strat and I am convinced it is the best way to approach zvz when 6 pooling. slightly less powerful ling mass since it uses only 8 lings before overlord instead of 10, but well worth it if the spine doesnt get spotted.

That's an excellent idea. But it seems like Blizzard will always be in need of servers, so even if the demand for sc2 shrinks, they have plenty of future titles that the servers could be reallocated to.

here is a good example of an easily winnable game if i had remember to keep the stream of lings coming after my overlord, i forgot to keep em coming because i was successfully picking off his drones, but in the end this cost me the game because he was able to get spine crawlers up.

^_^ Funny thing is how win % vs each race changes as you go up levels. Bronze thru Gold levels terran and toss are easy, zvz can be harder because they tend to do earlier pools. seems like most plat and diamond players 14 pool regularly and often dont scout until after 2 min. also lets you move your units insanely faster. however, keep in mind that in zvz creep allows them to build on your creep

melons gonna have sc after christmas, so you will probably see both of us on alot. I agree though, it would be very nice to have lots more people on.
