N3O Age Of Empires and Starcraft 2 Clan

I honestly haven't found a civ yet that really bothers me, or should I say left me feeling that I would have lost no matter what I had done. I agree that Ports can be quite irritating but I don't believe they are honestly OP.

I think musk/huss would work just fine. That's what I use when I'm french against aztecs and as long as you can get rid of those 6 Puma/2 SK, the hussars will eat the rest. It's just a matter of micro (easier said than done of course :p).

If I wasn't so addicted to playing French at the moment I would give their WH rush a try. Boosted WH units this patch along with shipped in cav and pistoleros has real potential IMO.

I'm sure everyone will be thrilled to find that you don't even need to derail this thread from its original purpose to talk about booze...

Thanks, I've actually lately been sending 4 Coureurs as my first card because I think it's overall more efficient with a gold-heavy strategy, and if I send 8 crossbows first I fear getting housed too quickly with hussars at 2 pop each. Still, I see why crossbow/hussar would be so efficient. Perhaps ...

I totally agree, once China gets rolling they are just ridiculous. I get my first 5 hussars out around 5:45, which isn't all that early really IMO.

I still do need to play you anyways if you remember, so we will have to play around with this a bit.

So lately I have been playing more and more 1v1's and do not have trouble with any matchups so far except China. Otto is a match-up where evening star really shines. Counters hussars AND jans, and most people probably haven't come to terms with abus yet to use them. If they DO have them, jus ttime it to run in, mob his abus, then switch into RR and kill everything else. I always had great success with it again...
