why goodbye america? what would romney do that would possibly change your opinion? Eliminate the entitlement spending and catering to those that are not willing to work for a dang thing. Hopefully cut the military spending as well. Eliminate free health care for those that won't use it thus driving...

here's the key to your victory.  Dutch will always (or should always) out-eco French because late-game spammed Ruyters beat spammed Cuirs and no French unit is greater than any Dutch unit otherwise.  That plus the added pop-space is OP.
