Re: Fan Patch 1.2 Notes

I would love to play the fan patch, but at my level 18-22, it's hard to find games.
Otto will be weird, dutch will be top.
I would abuse dutch and mercs probably on the fan patch.

Re: Winter Olympics

For me watching the winter olympics is all about turning into dutch television and watch them whine and moan about the quality of the ice for speed skating.. And raving about their own athletes until they fail. Hilarious. Always a shame cross country biking isnt an olympic sport, then we belgians co...

Re: Agesanc down?

to be honest, there's alot more flaming on agesanc then anywhere else.
And it's not only some immature rogues, it's also some of the top 100 players there that can be rather negative versus lower ranked players.

Re: new Nightmare

Hellraiser was a different sort of movie, lol. That was a really scary one. I would put Nightmare more in the friday night scary movie great american tradition. Clive barker, I had so much fun reading his books in college. The movies that really scared me as a kid were Alien and The thing. My parents...

Re: new Nightmare

A good remake should not try to be a better version of the original but find its own adaptation of the wellknown story. Batman is the perfect example. The burton series are a fanatasy rich translation of the cartoon. But it is still a cartoon. The nolan films are taking the story a lot more serious,...

Re: new Nightmare

I dont like all this remake stuff. I read somewhere the next spiderman will start from zero. When will batman begin again? Or remake star wars episode 4-6. (or remake them all, 1-3 suck bigtime). King kong remake wasnt worth it. I dont want to spoil anything Dan, but I really cant see a movie that 1...

Re: @ my USA friends

There is a difference, because I personally always believed capitalism was closest to human nature. It appeals to our greed, to our self interest and I feel that is alot stronger then the community feeling within the huamnd race. We are not ants or bees, but individuals. And capitalism appeals to th...

@ my USA friends

I saw the latest pic of Michael More (capitalism a love story) this weekend and I endured 3 hours of Henry Rollins talking about your beautiful country. Both were sell outs. And both were very enjoyable and a must see if you have the chance. They both had the same message, the last 8 years have been...

Re: Learning English?

It's hard to explain in english wicked, but it's not the same, because it's a dead language. If you learn spanish, french, arab, chinse, the education is much more orientated on conversation and normal practical use. Studying Latin is truly analyzing the components of language and doesnt only teach ...
