N3O Age Of Empires and Starcraft 2 Clan

Hey guys, new to the clan (as well as TWC/TAD after vanilla for a while) and just have a couple of random questions:

1. Why the heck are light cannon only available in Industrial? It's basically a cross between a falconet and a culverin; both of which are readily available in Fortress.

When rushing Ports, I think its much better to hit their villagers first (Ports don't have villager cards) because even if you do manage to raze a TC, they have another one plus more everytime they advance. Or even hit their houses and screw up their pop and if that doesn't work, keep forcing their ...
