The patch notes for the new version of N3O FP 1.3 are included in the post.

Not in Patch Notes:
- Sioux Bow Riders returned to old statistics of 100 food, 100 coin and 250 HP with 20 dmg and 2.25x against Cavalry with 1.8x against Light Infantry. (Maybe should make 18 damage with original FP stats. Needs testing, but this unit has no special upgrades and is vital to lategame for the Sioux.)
- Hackapells I believe have 7 speed now (instead of 6.75).
May add into patch:
- Musketeers should also get a 1.1x against Light Infantry, 1.1x hidden multiplier against Mantlets. I have also tested 1.1x against Cavalry and Hand Infantry (which is good but allows less pushing ability with Musketeer units when you have Musket vs. Musket battles).
- Maybe Dragoons get 3.3x against Cavalry? Just wondering, since Hussar armor is now 0.20 instead of 0.10. (Hussar ranged HP divided by Dragoon attack: (0.10 armor) 355/66 = 5.38, but (0.20 armor and 3.3x Dragoon vs. cav) 400/72.6 =5.50). Plus Dragoons would then excell better against cavalry like Cossacks, which have an enormous 0.30 range resistance.
- I tested Hussars with 7 speed (instead of 6.75). Was good but with 0.20 armor they seemed a bit strong. With 0.10 armor it was more favourable to use other Cavalry, although when Cuirassiers had Colonial statistics Hussars were very useful. However, this extra speed allowed them to chase Dragoon units, which wasn't the most fair thing, because one hit in the melee and all the Hussars get to chop up the running away dragoons (remember that melee reduces speed). Perhaps 7 speed with 0.25 armor would work for Cossacks? Maybe Ulhans with 215 HP and 0.25 armor and 7 speed would work? Just thinking...Perhaps Hussars would be good with 0.15 armor then. (320/.85 = 376.47). Yes that's it. 0.15 armor, 7 speed. ((Hussar 0.15 armor divided by new Musketeer attack vs. Cavalry): 376.47/23.1 = 16.297). The old 0.10 in FP1.3i: (355.56/21 = 16.97). The Cheaper Cavalry and faster Cavalry should make up for this lesser amount of HP.
- May increase Hackapell hitpoints a bit, perhaps to 325, but maybe reduce their armor to 0.25.
- I have not fully tested Light Cannons and Flaming Arrows with 5.5 ROF. May return to 6.0 or 5.8.
- Make European and Asian Warships turn 5-10% faster.
- I have to fix later a couple strings, such as Longhouses saying they support 15 Population in this patch whereas they actually support 20 now (and they have 10 build limit, not 14 in this patch). Just final touch ups, nothing else.
Another idea could be to give Hussars 0.10 armor and 7 speed, Hand Cavalry 0.25x-0.50x bonus against Ranged Infantry, and Musketeers 1.35x against Cavalry and Skirmishers no penalty against Cavalry. I've tested it, but it seems a bit imbalanced in the early game. This would give a great balance for Ranged Infantry/Hand Infantry/Artillery/Cavalry.
Another cool idea would be to give Muskets 3.375 ROF and 14 Range, give them their damage back (23), but give them 1.1x vs. Cav, LI, Mantlets and other Heavy Infantry.
- May reduced Falconet attack to 112 and 224 caption, but remove 0.9x penalty against artillery.
- May increase Indian Mahout attack slightly, but this needs some testing. (by probably +10-25%).
- May make Warclubs have just a 1.1x hidden bonus against Walls.
