Since i don't know ur shops, some general hints:
CPU: Intel i5-2500(k) or i7-2600(k) the k is optional, doesn't really matter for u
Graphics: Nvidia GTX 560 Ti or GTX 570
RAM: 4-8 GB

And propose ur comp here before u buy it. So we can give u hints

The graphics is not good, it is a 550TI instead of 560 Ti

also the CPU could be a bit better though it would be ok. THat's the problem with stock computers. U seldom find the right one, because manufactures cut corners and people even buy that stuff.

A cpu 2300 and 2550k is 30 Euros apart and 55TI and 560 Ti by about 100 euro apart.

If u don't find auch comp then u have to buy a cheaper one but don't expect that u can make it through 5 years performancewise.

this is one of their "custom" package for 492€

Intel Core i7-2600 (4X, 8T) (3.4 Ghz) (proc.)
proc. fan
Intel DH61WWB3 motherboard
Codegen Q-3343-A11 tower 460W
NVIDIA GF8400GS 512 MB
(integr. sound)
 (integr. network)
Samsung 500 GB S-ATA  hard drive
2 GB (DDR1333 memory)

a new graph card(NVIDIA GTX550 Ti 1 GB (GDDR5) PCI-E (disp.card) and a 8gb memory for 177 €  which makes the total cost 776 €

If u can get the 560 TI it is perfect.
the difference between 550ti and 560ti is a great one
see
http://www.computerbase.de/artikel/grafikkarten/2011/test-3x-nvidia-geforce-gtx-550-ti-sli/12/#abschnitt_starcraft_2

550 TI SLI means two 550 TI so u should just look at the 550 TI green bar compared to 560 TI
