Upgrade of SMF and Portal

The final version of SMF 2.0 has been released a few days ago along with the final version of the portal software we are using. I will upgrade everything during the weekend, so the forum will be down for some time.

EDIT: Upgrade complete IF you experience layout problems, delete the cache of your browser. It has then still stored old files which cause the confusion.
