Can anyone help me with zerg openings?

Only thing i remember is 14 gas 14 pool and then 20 expand or something, with some early lings.

But nowadays 14 pool 15 hatch also popular? But i never know when to take gas and make queens with that build.

Also what is the ideal army composition in all matchups?

ZvP : roach/hydra (corruptor if colossus)
ZvT: ling/bling/muta (later ultra spam)
ZvZ: into roach hydra infestor

Did alot change with recent patches???

14pool common now, since people think 15h is too risky in zvp
most people go roaches
protoss has a pretty op lategame army of colos/vr/stalker sentry

ZvT: ling/bling/muta (later ultra spam)

lingbling muta
roach broodlord vs pure mech
ultras arent that great anymore, unless you're way ahead of him in eco and you just use it for finishing move

ZvZ: either 14/14 baneling or go 1 base roach
or 15hatch survive the initial lings and go into macro
roach infestor mainly, key is to macro better than opp
