64bit not addressing 8gb ram

erm... it that normal or do i have to adress the extra ram ?

and yes i know the score is low , hard drive score is bad.

I would suggest removing the ram, and putting it back in and check the memory slots you should be using for the sticks you have is correct.

Also found this you could try:  "go into the bios and set the memory remapping setting to enabled or yes. Save."

gotten blue screen errors  for MEMORY_MANAGEMENT .

I think it the volts .

motherboard
 4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 16 GB of system memory

ram:
Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz/PC3-12800 XMS3 i5 Memory Kit CL9(9-9-9-24) 1.65V

RAM is running at 1300mhz at the moment as well.

EDIT : BIOS see 4gb . Need a new motherboard ?

all i know is you don't need to do anything with 64bit, it always recognizes the new ram, i think your ram is not compatible with the mainboard

loads of blue screens + W7 task bar flashes to basic a lot.

You could go into the bios and change the ram voltage settings to 1.65 to match your memory, it shouldn't cause any problems.

still no luck :/
next step  update my BIOS ?

EDIT - could be the ram ?  had 2 sticks in and lot of blue screens , other 2 sticks no blue screen.

Well, send it back then. If possible perhaps try getting some at 1.5v.
