In this, civilizations will attempt to focus on historic units, and receive a few more historic techs. Germany, based heavily on Prussia, has more upgrades for Musketeers/Uhlans lategame. Spain has a bonus vs Native Warriors and Naval Combat, but slower Warships. Portugal has increased Gunpowder Infantry damage, Less Gunpowder Infantry Coin cost, and cheaper and better Caravels. Britain has access to Gurkha Mercenary Shipments from the Capitol.
Two major land improvements: There are two new Mining techs at the Market for the Europeans, one that increases mine gathering and makes villagers depletes mines slower, and another that sends a Silver Mine Wagon.
Two major water improvements: Fishing boats are cheaper, 60 wood, but take longer to train, 33 in-game seconds. Schooners gives -20 wood cost, and -40% train points, +3% fishing boat speed (as schooners were faster than ordinary ships). More historic Naval Improvements have been added to the British, Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish.
With suggestions from the narrowing Age-community, we have thus developed a patch that tries to bring civilizations to a more all-round standpoint, fixing their obvious [...]

That specifially means that u can now access this forums easy with a mobile phone and u don't have to buy an additional app like Tapatalk. The site automatically recognizes if u access it with a mobile browser. It automatically will switch then to the mobile theme
If you like Napoleonic Era Mod, just try it out. It adds MUCH more depth to the game, with historic techs, especially for the Dutch (4 new techs) and Germans (2 new techs). If you have any ideas for civ-specific techs, add me on steam, I'm el_awesome14, and tell what you have. Remember, this patch is just one click away from testing with the patch launcher.
I've improved the AI from last time, they attack, boom, and build walls. I want them to do all in coordination with the others; for those of you who have played previous versions of this, the Native American AIs are better, much better actually (playing without handicaps too); I need to make them smarter to attack trade monopolies more often (which they do, but sometimes defend their base rather, or some are too defensive and don't attack as much).
Also, a new video, showing the massively improved AI (1.3z3c):
What will murdilator need help on? Strings! You don't want to read in English if you've got a German game, or English if you have Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, or whatnot. And certainly you do not want murdilator using pitiful translation programs such as Google Translate from English to Italian. Because mostly, he will write English grammar to the nth degree. Be pained however, because I write a lot, so if you don't like translating, this isn't your job.
For the over 70 new techs involved, there are 200-300 strings that have to be translated; some with short 'Dutch Spice Trade' names, and others with 40 word-long descriptions. And also those extra strings which in the original N3O FP were not translated before.
If you are interested in this, pm me and I'll send you my email address, so that I can send you the string files, and vice versa.
Today GPG announced in a blog post that no further content for AOEO will be released
It means that there will be no new content created for AOEO. There is a small amount of content still in the pipeline that will be released in the next few weeks, but that is all. No new features will be added. Most significantly, no new civilizations will be released; the six existing ones are the complete and final set.
However, nothing else changes for players, nothing that currently exists will be removed. You can still play everything you own, earn EP, and purchase any content you do not currently own. We will still fully maintain and support the game and its players; no one is losing anything that you have earned or bought. Our Community team will continue to support the game by way of Community Challenges, streams, contests, PvP tournaments and more.
Also i want to add that a AOE4 game is now most likely, M$ just hired a few people, one job description
This full time position is dedicated to creating a new game to expand the Age of Empires portfolio, targeting modern highly accessible platforms with broad appeal, rich social connectivity and intuitive controls.
