Do the try the new AI, which now builds and upgrade Observatories, should have a better build order, etc.

On further note, this AI is counters your units, has right cards its decks, tries to boom (though I may need to help it a bit on this through some things) with more town centers, and builds two layers of walls once it hits Industrial. It also plays Post-Imperial deathmatch games phenomenally well.

What will murdilator need help on? Strings! You don't want to read in English if you've got a German game, or English if you have Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, or whatnot. And certainly you do not want murdilator using pitiful translation programs such as Google Translate from English to Italian. Because mostly, he will write English grammar to the nth degree. Be pained however, because I write a lot, so if you don't like translating, this isn't your job.

For the over 70 new techs involved, there are 200-300 strings that have to be translated; some with short 'Dutch Spice Trade' names, and others with 40 word-long descriptions. And also those extra strings which in the original N3O FP were not translated before.

If you are interested in this, pm me and I'll send you my email address, so that I can send you the string files, and vice versa.

Today GPG announced in a blog post that no further content for AOEO will be released

It means that there will be no new content created for AOEO. There is a small amount of content still in the pipeline that will be released in the next few weeks, but that is all. No new features will be added. Most significantly, no new civilizations will be released; the six existing ones are the complete and final set.

However, nothing else changes for players, nothing that currently exists will be removed. You can still play everything you own, earn EP, and purchase any content you do not currently own. We will still fully maintain and support the game and its players; no one is losing anything that you have earned or bought. Our Community team will continue to support the game by way of Community Challenges, streams, contests, PvP tournaments and more.

Also i want to add that a AOE4 game is now most likely, M$ just hired a few people,one job description

Hello everyone,

I suggest the N3O members playing AOEO start training in pvp on regular base, so we can improve ourselves & represent our clan in tournaments/streams. Of course, it's not an obligation. For those who play mostly pve, this is the opportunity to get started with pvp & become a good player very quickly. Being good in pvp, will make you even better when playing pve!

I will start training lessons the week of 11 or 18 february. We will practice 1v1 and 2v2 with all civs (or the ones you have premium). It's important to get to know strenghts & weaknesses of your opponent's civ, killer and counter combinations. We will practice on both macro (use of hotkeys etc.) & micro (manually controlling units). It's not very difficult, but it's extremely helpful.
I can guarantee you will enjoy the game A LOT more!


Those who already master pvp but still want to participate to improve themselves, you're welcome!


I will also try to organise a streamed 2v2 & some 1v1's every once in a while to show off your progress. I will work out a schedule when I [...]
